Unexpected Favorite

Yesterday I was the Main Photographer
(by virtue of taking the most pictures)
at my nephew's wedding.
I took a lot of The Usual Poses,
many of which turned out very nice indeed.
But this one is my unexpected favorite.
I had not thought to take photos in the traditional Bride Spot at all,
since it was late afternoon and the east end of the temple was in shadow, as you see
(the flickering light reflections are from the reflecting pool.)
But we tried it anyway,
and then Shikara, the bride, asked if we could have some pictures with them looking at the temple.
Well, this was her big day, and the photos are digital, so I figured if they were too odd we could just delete them, but this one view actually turned out to be an unexpected favorite.
